East Central Region Event
Join us for an afternoon focused on physical, mental, and emotional wellness for women in agriculture and conservation.
Farming and ranching often mean caring for everyone else, livestock, land, families, and operations. This event is designed to pour back into you because when women in agriculture are supported, our farms, ranches, and families are stronger too.
Enjoy an encouraging wellness presentation from Ashley Curnow, connect with other women in agriculture, and gain practical tools and resources that can help you return to your operation feeling refreshed, supported, and better equipped to care for yourself while managing the many hats agriculture requires.
Children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and little ones are welcome!
We chose a family-friendly location with a play area for kids, while adults enjoy the wellness presentation in a separate seating space.
Each attendee will receive a wellness resource folder featuring local physical, mental, and emotional health resources to help support both personal well-being and long-term resilience in agriculture.
Come as you are, bring the kids, grab some ice cream, and spend an afternoon investing in yourself, because taking care of you adds value to everything you care for.
