The Women’s Ag Network is a statewide program dedicated to connecting, elevating, and supporting women in agriculture, conservation, and related fields across South Dakota. The program helps women grow their network, lead with confidence, develop personally and professionally, and support their communities through collaboration, leadership development, and meaningful connection.

Apply for a Women's Ag Network Scholarship!

The Women’s Ag Network (WAN) is proud to announce the launch of two scholarship opportunities designed to support women in agriculture, conservation, and ag-adjacent industries as they pursue professional growth and leadership development.

What's Coming!

We are now in Year 2 of the project, and the excitement is building!


After completing our research and groundwork in Year 1, we launched

 our monthly networking events in early 2026.
 

These gatherings bring women in agriculture and conservation together across

six hub locations in South Dakota:

  • East - Brookings and surrounding communities

  • East Central - Huron and surrounding communities

  • North Central - Eagle Butte and surrounding communities

  • South Central - Winner and surrounding communities

  • Southeast - Sioux Falls and surrounding communities

  • West - Belle Fourche/Spearfish and surrounding communities
