Connecting Women in Agriculture

Throughout South Dakota

We Want Your Input

Hearing directly from South Dakota women involved in every aspect of agriculture is critical to developing a program that meets their needs.

Please give us your feedback by taking a quick survey.

Deadline: Phase I of the survey closes March 5.

Supporting Women in Agriculture, Conservation and Related Fields

We are developing a program that will engage, connect and educate women in ag and conservation. In particular, the project will set out to support women in growing their networks, provide career development opportunities, encourage collaboration, and ultimately grow leadership capacity across the industry.

What's Coming!

We are currently in Year 1 of the project and there are some exciting things coming. Here is a glimpse at what to expect!

Once we are finished doing our research and homework in Year 1, we will launch our monthly networking events in Year 2 (Fall 2025). These will take place in 6 Hub locations throughout South Dakota:
Sioux Falls, Brookings, Huron, Eagle Butte, White River, and Spearfish.
